In-stock orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically delivered the same day or next business day by motorcycle or van.
Store pickup is available from Industrial Area, Sixth Street once your order is picked and confirmed ready.
Upcountry Uganda
Shipments to major towns such as Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, and Mbale usually arrive in 2–4 business days via our logistics partners.
Remote locations may take longer. You will receive SMS or in-app updates where available.
What to expect
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and method.
- Timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, and events beyond our control.
- Damaged-in-transit claims should be reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
