Please read these terms carefully before using the EMTOP Uganda online store operated by NR Group.

1. About us
This website and online store ("Store") are operated by NR Group("we", "us", or "our"), the authorised distributor of EMTOP professional tools in Uganda. Our principal place of business is Sixth Street, Industrial Area, Kampala, Uganda. By accessing or placing an order on this Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Ugandan law to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Products & pricing
All prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Product images are for illustration; packaging and accessories may vary slightly. Stock availability is subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (for example, where payment fails, stock is unavailable, or we detect fraud). A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, SMS, or in your account order history. Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch if items are back-ordered.
5. Payment
We accept payment by MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For MoMo, payment must be completed as instructed at checkout. For COD, the full amount is payable in cash to our delivery agent upon receipt of goods. We may refuse COD for certain orders, high-value items, or delivery locations. Failed or incomplete payments may result in cancellation.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines and fees are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or upon collection from our Kampala store. You must inspect goods on delivery and report visible damage immediately to the delivery agent and to our support team.
7. Warranty
Genuine EMTOP tools sold through this Store carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms printed with the product and our service policy. Warranty service is provided at our authorised service centre on Sixth Street, Industrial Area, Kampala. The warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, unauthorised repairs, or consumables unless expressly stated.
8. Returns & cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return within the stated window, subject to inspection. Custom, clearance, or specially ordered items may be non-returnable.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content without permission, or use the Store for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, NR Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or products, except where liability cannot be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
