Genuine EMTOP tools sold through this store carry a 12-month local warranty registered to your order.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use are covered for 12 months from the invoice date.
Warranty is registered to your order number. Keep the invoice or digital receipt — it is required for any claim.
How to claim
Bring the tool and proof of purchase to the Kampala service desk at Industrial Area, Sixth Street, or start a claim from the Support Centre.
Our technicians inspect the unit. If the fault is covered, we repair, replace from local stock, or advise the next step.
Not covered
- Wear parts such as carbon brushes, discs, bits, and batteries consumed through normal use.
- Damage from misuse, water, incorrect voltage, unauthorised repair, or missing serial labels.
- Tools purchased outside NR Group / authorised EMTOP channels in Uganda.
